A gentle invitation to pause. To breathe. To come home to yourself.
Join Jenny Davies for a trauma-informed Breathwork & Embodiment Workshop to release old patterns, reconnect with your body, and create space for healing and self-discovery. In our busy, fast-paced lives, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves.
Distractions and mental stresses can take centre stage, and along the way, we often lose sight of ourselves. Constantly on the go, we become unstuck, we avoid, and we escape from who we truly are.
Each workshop will introduce a theme to help you create your own path towards autonomy, reconnection, and rediscovery.
Through a combination of Conscious Connected Breathwork, meditation, embodiment movement, and self-enquiry, we’ll begin to reconnect with ourselves with a gentle balm to unlock what’s been held.
Meeting ourselves with a deeper connection, listening to our heart and mind’s whispers to heal. Connecting to our body’s deep willingness to move and be free.
Releasing the mind from old negative loops, creating space to allow new possibilities to flow.
What to Expect:
In the workshops, Jenny will guide you through a combination of:
Conscious Connected Breathwork to release tension and emotional blocks.
Meditation and embodiment practices to bring you back into your body.
Self-enquiry tools to help you become curious and explore hidden, forgotten, neglected parts of yourself.
A journey to return to your body, to see what’s truly deep inside.
Jenny’s trauma-informed approach is gentle, gradual, and designed to respect boundaries while working at a pace that feels safe for you.
The Journey within.
Our bodies store stories. Sometimes they carry unprocessed emotions and traumas from the past, which can leave us feeling unseen, numb and disconnected.
This detachment from ourselves can show up in our lives through several guises: anxiety, chronic pain, addictive tendencies, and dysfunctional relationship behaviours.
This style of Conscious Connected Breathwork is trauma-informed and led with compassion. The individual’s needs will be observed and adapted to work without overwhelm. The process is gentle and gradual, respecting consent and personal boundaries. Your journey will begin with movement, meditation and conscious connected breathwork. Welcoming in the breath without judgement and shame, exploring all parts of you, the hidden, the neglected and the forgotten parts. Allowing you the space to return to yourself.
