Join Natalie (Evolve Breath & Body) for a 2 hour Conscious Connected Breathwork Session, Self Exploration, and Inner-Transformation.
Take a moment over the weekend to truly slow down and self-nourish. Past events of trauma and the ongoing exposure to stress can produce holding patterns in the body, as well as disconnection, numbness, limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns. Through the use of conscious connected breath, movement, embodiment exercises and self enquiry, we can start to rebuild a sense of safety and connection with our bodies, and reconnect to the body's innate intelligence, and begin to feel a sense of aliveness within. During the session you may experience sensations, emotions, memories, insights and deep relaxation.
You will be safely supported by Natalie, who is a trauma informed and experienced breathwork facilitator and her supporting team.
Conscious onnected breathwork is not suitable for everyone. Contraindications apply.
