At Evolve Breath & Body we support your reunion of body, mind and spirit. As all three are essential parts of this human experience and all three make up our relationship to Self. Evolve sessions and retreats support you in finding your way back to the truest version of you, accompanying you on your journey of reclaiming the voice of your body, mind and spirit. You will likely discover that you are much more than you were led to believe about yourself. The potential and creative energy which lives inside of you is enormous, perhaps more than you could imagine. With some very simple and powerful techniques you can begin to experience yourself in a whole new way very soon.

When we experience traumatic events, or are caught up in the cycle of everyday stresses, we become fragmented. We begin to seperate from Self, losing our depth of connection with body and spirit. We often end up living in our thoughts or searching for validation from external sources. We hold tension in our bodies, which may cause illness and chronic pain if we do not release the contraction which is ‘stuck’ in the body. We develop certain thought and behavioural patterns through conditioning, inheritance and the need to survive perceived threats. These protective mechanisms, strategies and physical armouring were all very useful to us at one time. They were deemed necessary for our survival. Then comes a point when we begin to notice how we have become limited by them, and we may begin to ask ourselves…Perhaps there is more to life than this?

Evolve sessions and events are focused on embodiment practices, enquiry and breathwork. We offer one-to-one sessions in person and online with Natalie, and run Evolve events and retreats around the world with Natalie and a team of skilled co-facilitators and teachers. We offer events combining breathwork and other complimentary modalities such as yoga, artistic expression, movement, meditation, natures medicine, aquatic bodywork, coaching and many more. All events are offered with a trauma informed approach, using breathwork as a foundational tool, as we truly believe that breath is the key to a healthy and vibrant life.
