Evolve sessions and retreats offer a considered and supportive space to return to a more integrated and authentic version of yourself, gently reconnecting body, mind and spirit. Through carefully guided breathwork classes, breathwork sessions, breathwork training, and immersive experiences, you are invited to slow down, deepen awareness, and reconnect with your innate capacity for balance and wellbeing.
Many clients begin to recognise a greater sense of clarity, creativity and resilience than they previously thought possible. Through refined yet accessible practices, including conscious connected breathwork and guided enquiry, subtle but meaningful shifts can unfold, supporting both immediate presence and long-term change. The health benefits of breathwork are increasingly acknowledged, from improved stress resilience to enhanced emotional stability and overall vitality.
In response to trauma or the ongoing demands of modern life, the nervous system can become dysregulated. This may be experienced as tension within the body, disconnection, or a tendency to remain in patterns of overthinking or external seeking. These responses are intelligent and protective, shaped by past experiences and the body’s natural drive for safety. Over time, however, they can limit our capacity to feel at ease, connected and fully alive.
At Evolve, we work with nervous system regulation through a trauma-informed and highly attuned approach. Sessions are designed with an emphasis on safety, pacing and deep listening, allowing the body to gradually release held tension and restore a sense of internal coherence. Through personalised breathwork coaching and embodiment practices, you are supported in cultivating a more regulated, responsive and grounded way of being.
Based in London, UK, and working internationally, Evolve offers private one-to-one sessions both in person and online, alongside retreats and carefully curated events around the world. Our experiences bring together breathwork classes with complementary modalities such as yoga, movement, meditation, creative expression, nature-based practices, aquatic bodywork and integrative coaching.
All sessions and retreats are delivered within a trauma-aware framework, with breathwork as a foundational practice. We view the breath as a subtle yet powerful tool, one that works directly with the nervous system to support restoration, clarity and a more expansive experience of life.
